"My husband and I started the house hunt in Feb 2013 with another agent that Cyndi worked with. We listed our house with her co-worker from a friends referral but ended up meeting Cyndi one evening after calling and wanting a showing. Her co-worker wasn't available and Cyndi was in the vicinity and was willing to show us a property. We went on three showings with her and that's when we found the one. It was March 2013 and I was in love!! I believe we went out to that place a few times and I sent emails back and forth requesting details from the sellers. Cyndi's responses were always prompt and courteous.
Our house sat on the market for several months but we were fortunate enough that the house we were buying was a diamond in the rough (in my eyes) and although it needed a face lift it also stayed on the market. Cyndi was able to see my vision and was so positive and reassuring to work with. She knew the area, helped me research schools, utilities, and market comps.
When it came time to appraisals, inspections, and negotiations she provided top notch information, opinions, and I just knew that she had our best interest at heart and would work and do what ever it took to get the deal. Even after we moved in and had a slight disaster she was quick to respond and communicate with the sellers to help rectify the situation.
Prior to buying this house Cyndi was a stranger and now I am glad to call her a friend. I plan on staying in my house for several years but would use her in a heartbeat if I ever had to move again and would certainly recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell"
